CommentsThe conformational changes in the antigen upon AMB7 VHH binding with regards to the native enzyme involve the 220-225; 237-241; and 348-354 loops. For 348-354 loop; the effect was larger in the complex with AMD9 VHH [PDB: 1KXQ] and weaker in the complexes with AMB7 [PDB: 1KXT] and AMD10 [PDB: 1KXV].
