CommentsHeavy and light chains of the Fab are modeled as one chain in PDB; with ID 4. The Fab interacts with a few residues of the virion outside the G-H loop: the three residues of VP3 (chain 3) E174; A175; T177 and five residues of VP1 (chain 1) S45; D46; Q48 as well as Lys-Gln which are numbered as 206 and 207 in the paper but cannot be identified as those in the PDB structure. In the PDB structure; G-H loop residues Thr135; His151 and His 154 were modeled as Ala135; Ala151 and Thr154; respectively.
