The SEDB (Structural Epitope Database) is an open-access database for describing the three-dimensional structure of epitope containing proteins and its intermolecular contact information with antigen and antibody. It also summarizes the source information, experimental details and additional related information of epitope such as methodology and detailed sequence information along with user convenient Jmol tool for epitope visualization. The immune epitope whose three-dimensional structure is available in Protein Data Bank (PDB) has been added in the current version of SEDB.
